Speaking of “the party is all that matters,” this is the place where they should have that written on the walls. Even though other big clubs have come after it, Marquee still reigns as one of the places to see and be seen. The multilevel space is a stunner, with no fewer than four separate clubs. Marquee is the main space with a huge dance floor, lots of table-service booths (some tucked into more private spaces), multiple bars, and a high-energy vibe. It also has a giant outdoor space with a pool, cabanas, another bar, and gaming tables if you prefer to party alfresco. Boombox is more of an ultralounge space with a DJ spinning different music (hip-hop, for example, if the main club is dance). Most appealing, at least to our sensibilities, is the Library, a cozy den of a space with a fireplace, pool table, and actual books on shelves (although the chances of anyone spending a lot of time reading here are minimal). Prices are high and lines are long, but would you expect anything different? Marquee is open Monday, Friday, and Saturday from 10pm until 5am. The pool club is open seasonally on weekend afternoons.
